Story
When an 8-year-old girl disappears in Caddo Lake, a series of past deaths and disappearances begin to come together, changing the history of a fractured family. There is a scene where Anna’s mother says that Marshall County will later be called Harrison County.

Caddo Lake is a fascinating story that only gets into full swing in the 'back half' movie
The first hour is slow and rather lackluster, but the twists and turns in the story eventually more than make up for the poor pacing. Dylan O’Brien is strong here and it’s great to see him back in the lead role, but the script didn’t give him much to use.
Give the film time to build
I think it will take a second viewing to fully understand where the story ends. Judgment:
A slow first half with an interesting story that ends on a strong note.
